Since is offering intangible digital goods, we do not issue refunds after completing the order and sending the product. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this before buying any product or service on our website.

However, we realize that an exceptional circumstance may occur. Therefore, we accept refund for the following reasons:

  • Non-delivery: Due to problems with sending e-mail from an e-mail provider or e-mail server, we may not send you an e-mail with delivery. In this case, we recommend contacting us for help. Non-delivery claims should be sent to our billing department in writing within 5 days from the date of order. Otherwise, the product will be considered picked up and collected;
  • Major error: although all products and services are tested thoroughly before release, unexpected errors may occur. Such problems should be reported directly via e-mail. We can repair the error or defect within 72 hours. If the error is verified and we do not remove it within 72 hours from the date of the original complaint notification or other notification provided by the customer, the refund will be issued in full.
