50-day training schedule

 

This is the most important part of the CSGO-tutorial.com – 50 days to an elite player. It is here that you will find a training schedule which will make you a much better player, regardless of the level that you currently represent. As I mentioned in the introduction – this course will help everyone!

It is a schedule for 50 training days, with the recommendation what you need to do and how you should train on each day. I want to point out that there is NO requirement to train every day for 50 days! You can make a break every few days, so there will not be any training on that day. What does it mean? In other words, you are able to do 50-day training course in exactly 50 days, but you can do it in 60, 70 or 80 days as well! It is important that the break between two workouts do not last more than 2 days and will be made no earlier than 3 days of full training.
For example: Monday – Day 1, Tuesday – Day 2, Wednesday – Day 3, Thursday – break, Friday – Day 4, …

 

Before starting
To start with our training course you have to download three maps from the Steam Workshop, which are:
(1) Training_aim_csgo2_dark
(2) Fast Aim/Reflex Training Map
(3) Recoil master
(to do so, click on the above mentioned maps, log in to your account, select Subscribe, and then restart the game)
Another source, which you will need is a free website www.sothatwemaybefree.com, where you can find a detailed description and help on how to throw grenades on all tournament maps. Also www.gametracker.com website can be helpful, because it contains the biggest list of CS:GO servers. It will be useful when searching for deathmatch servers (for your 50-day training schedule).
You should know that it is not required to start at Day 1. If you for example feel that setup a1 (on aim training) is too easy for you, you can skip to Day 4 with setup a2. If it is still too easy, you can go ahead to Day 9 with setup a3, … etc.

Warm-up serves as a preparation for specific training and takes place on the map (2) Fast Aim/ Reflex Training. IMPORTANT NOTE! During the warm-up, do not use your primary weapon (!), i.e. do not choose AK47 or M4. These 10 minutes need to “prepare” your hand and mind and are part of a overall workout, so it will be nice to extract more from it by choosing a custom weapon, which you are using less often, for example. Galil, Famas or SMG/UMP weapons.

 

Aim training is made to improve your overall aim in the game and ameliorate your response time. It takes place on the map (1) training_aim_csgo.

Recoil training is very important practice which will make you better in spraying from the most popular weapons. Map (3) Recoil master is the best choice to do so.

 

Smoke training is designed to teach you the key smokes that will be needed in a tournament matches. You do not need to know them all! Select and train only those that you think they will be useful in the future, i.e. those that match under your game style. (badge [R] means a replay of learned smokes to remind them)

 

Deathmatch training is a versatile training and serves as a summary of the day. It will help you to improve your overall movement and reflex in the game. It takes place on deathmatch servers: DM FFA, DM AIM MAP and DM ONLY Pistols (servers can be found on the aforementioned gametracker.com list).
